Mini Circuits has expanded its amplifier product line with the addition of three new wideband designs that extend coverage deeper into the millimeter-wave range up to the E-Band frequency of 86 GHz. These new models operate on a single supply voltage ranging from +10 to +15 V, allowing users to choose their desired voltage. They also incorporate robust built-in protections against overvoltage and reverse voltage as well as in-rush current limiting. The amplifiers offer a variety of bandwidths and performance parameters for different applications like automotive, radar, sensing, 5G testing etc. Mini Circuits has also hinted about even more high-frequency amplifier models coming down the pipeline in future announcements.
